EXCHANGE POLICY
All ballroom shoe sales are final. Pointe shoes cannot be exchanged once ribbons and elastic are sewn on. Please have your ballet teacher approve the fit of your shoes prior to sewing on your ribbon and elastic.
We do not accept returns but in-store exchange are welcome. To be eligible for a exchanges, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced (not sale) items may be exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not print receipts any longer, so creating an account through Square is required. This can be done online or when making a purchase in store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If there are concerns related to manufacturing of your purchased item, please send us an e-mail with an explanation of the issue and we will help you navigate a solution.
