They did an amazing job fitting my daughter for her first set of pointe shoes. They took their time with her, explained the process and importance of doing things correctly not to injur herself, and let her try on several different versions of pointe shoes to see which felt best on her. I highly recommend this place.

The selection and service were excellent! My feet are size 11 women’s and they did have options in stock that fit me (which I can’t say for every shoe store). The employee who helped fit me and my friend was highly knowledgable and efficient, we got what we were looking for in only about 10 minutes!
I decided to start taking ballet at the Madison Ballet. I needed to buy new everything. I was assisted by their friendly, cute, and very helpful Staff. If you need anything dance they have it. Their inventory includes ballroom, ballet, jazz and the list goes on. My best discovery was the matching outfits for young girls and their American girl dolls, Adorable!
My first time buying ballet attire and they were extremely helpful! They made me feel very comfortable and like no question was a stupid one. I was able to try on shoes and have them look at the fit and show my why they would/wouldn't work. I even came back a few minutes after an impulse buy to do an exchange and they were very understanding and friendly about it. Really great customer service. I will definitely be making more purchases here in the future!
