At Rosy Cheeks Dancewear, we are committed to delivering your dancewear essentials promptly and reliably. All orders are processed through ShipStation and shipped via USPS Ground, our standard shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region:

• Midwest (including Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio): 2–4 business days
• East Coast & South (e.g., New York, Florida, North Carolina): 3–5 business days
• West Coast (e.g., California, Washington, Oregon): 4–5 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 5–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. For the most accurate delivery estimates, we recommend using the USPS Service Standards Map by entering your ZIP code and selecting “Ground Advantage” as the mail class.

Do You Accept Exchanges?

You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise at no shipping charge to you.

Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order. There is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. Please make your return as outlined below.

We’re here to help you with your exchanges. All exchanges and returns can be made within 60 days.

Do You Accept Product Returns?

We do not currently accept returns, only exchanges (above) for either in-store credit or an item of the same dollar value.

Product Condition for Exchanges:

• All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached.
• Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes. Boxes that have been written on and taped cannot be accepted.
• Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape and/or label shoe box or item package and send via U.S. mail; the package gets destroyed and the product cannot be accepted for return.
